VEGETABLE MONSANTO B.V.
10 August 2026
The variety is the result of ecological breeding and is not a hybrid, which allows its properties to be maintained through independent seed production. The period from sowing to harvest is approximately 60–65 days. The plant is vigorous, reaching a height of 50–70 cm, with grey-green leaves and a sturdy stem that does not form hollows and remains edible.
The variety's head is dense, fine-grained, large, and dome-shaped. The taste is characterized as mild, subtly aromatic, and slightly sweet. The variety is intended for cultivation in the summer and autumn periods, and after cutting the main head, it forms a large number of side shoots suitable for a second harvest.
