Di Napoli precoce, also known as Napoletano quarantino, is an early-maturing variety. The period from planting to technical maturity is about 75–80 days.

The heads of this variety have a rounded shape with a flat top and a medium-green color. The weight of a marketable head is approximately 1.6–2 kg. The leaves are characterized by a delicate structure.

The variety is intended for spring or summer planting and is focused on obtaining early produce.
