Brassica oleracea L. (Savoy Cabbage Group) Savoy cabbage · Vegetables · bred by Sakata Seed Europe B.V.

Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant belongs to early-maturing F1 hybrids. It forms large heads, the weight of which reaches 1.4–2.3 kg with proper care and sufficient space for growth. The variety is characterized by pronounced wrinkled or curly leaves, typical for the savoy group.

The produce is valued for the delicate texture of the leaves and taste qualities, which makes the variety suitable for fresh consumption, in particular for preparing salads. The crop is sensitive to moisture deficiency and requires special attention when grown in hot climate conditions.
