The variety is late or mid-late maturing, with a maturation period of 85–90 days. The plant forms a large frame on a short stem. The heads have a round-flat shape, a diameter of 18–20 cm, and a white color inside. The dark green or olive-hued leaves possess a highly wrinkled texture.
The plant tolerates autumn frosts well, which allows for late harvesting, and shows some resistance to the cabbage moth. The variety is open-pollinated and intended for fresh consumption, culinary processing, and pickling.
