Hybrid Ukza F1 matures 60–65 days after transplanting. The plant is fast-growing, with strong upright leaves. Stem-tubers have a round shape, glossy surface, and intense purple color.

The flesh is white, juicy, and low in fiber. The hybrid possesses good field resistance to major diseases, high marketability of produce, as well as transportability and shelf life after harvest.

The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field throughout the entire season, including summer and autumn plantings. It is suitable for high-density planting schemes and continuous production, oriented primarily toward the fresh market.
