Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is late-ripening; the period from germination to harvest takes an average of 120–125 days, sometimes up to 130 days. The plant forms a semi-vertical rosette of leaves of medium size.

The stem tubers have a round-flat shape and dark purple color, their diameter is 6–9 cm with a weight from 0.5 to 2.0 kg. The white flesh is characterized by juiciness and a tender consistency.

The variety is resistant to cracking, woodiness of the flesh, and bolting, and is capable of tolerating short-term frosts. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, freezing, and short-term winter storage. It is cultivated in open field and greenhouses.
