The Witte van Wenen variety, also known as White Vienna, is an early variety with a maturation period of 55 to 60 days after transplanting. The height of the mature plant is approximately 30 cm.
The stem-tubers have a round shape, pale green skin, and tender, crisp flesh. The variety is characterized by resistance to premature bolting and is suitable for cultivation in a wide range of climatic conditions.
