The variety has a spreading leaf rosette of medium height with an external stump of 15–18 cm. The growing period varies from 90 to 150 days depending on growing conditions. The heads are dense, with a white or cream tint inside; the mass of one fruit is from 2.2 to 4.0 kg.
The plant possesses resistance to temperature fluctuations, cracking, and Fusarium wilt. The leaves are characterized by a crispy texture and pleasant taste without bitterness. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, processing, and pickling, however, it is not intended for long-term storage, which is 3–4 months.
