The plant maturation period varies from 63 to 115 days. The compact plant reaches a height of 30–60 cm. The heads are light green or bluish-green on the outside and creamy white on the inside, with a diameter of 15–20 cm.
The variety is an open-pollinated plant that retains its properties when seeds are collected. Shows susceptibility to Fusarium wilt in infested soil. The fruits are suitable for transportation, fresh consumption, culinary processing and fermentation.
