The variety is the result of breeding improvement of the Holsteiner Platter variety. The plant is characterized by strong, slightly wavy outer leaves, short internal and external cores, and a low center of gravity, which ensures stability in field conditions.
It forms large flattened heads, intended primarily for shredding and sauerkraut production. The variety is suitable for short-term storage.
