The variety is intended for cultivation in open field. The plant is characterized by a powerful branched root system and a short stem. The leaves are dark green, with inconspicuous veins on the outer layers and a whitish tender structure inside.
The heads have a spherical, slightly flattened shape, and a dense and uniform structure. The average weight ranges from 3 to 5 kg. The variety is versatile, suitable both for fresh consumption and for processing, in particular for fermentation.
The recommended planting density is 35 000 – 40 000 plants per hectare. The powerful root system ensures general stability of the crop in field conditions.
