The variety is early-maturing, with grazing readiness occurring 70–90 days after sowing. After 90–100 days of vegetation, feed quality may decrease. The plant is characterized by a high proportion of leaf mass in relation to the root, which ensures an increased protein content.
The roots have an elongated tankard-type shape, with about 50% of the volume located above the soil surface, which facilitates consumption by livestock and reduces losses during grazing. The product has high digestibility and contains a significant amount of sugar and metabolizable energy.
The variety has good resistance to diseases, bolting, and is able to withstand winter conditions in cultivation regions. The crop is used as high-energy feed for sheep, cattle, and deer, including for increasing milk yield in dairy cows.
The variety is listed in the national registry — its seeds are authorized for sale in this country.
