The root has an elongated shape with a blunt tip. The surface color is white with a purple top, the flesh is white. The variety is characterized by the presence of dissected serrated leaves of a medium green color.

The variety is mid-late. Sowing is recommended from July to October, harvesting from October to January. When planting, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 10–15 cm between plants in a row and 20–30 cm between rows.

The variety is used for food purposes, in particular for preparing vegetable dishes and traditional Friulian brovada. The possibility of use as a forage crop is also mentioned.
