The variety belongs to the early-maturing group and is intended for early production. Root crops have a characteristic flattened shape, the surface is smooth, and the color of the skin and flesh is white. Leaves are elongated, serrated, and their number is relatively small.

The variety is for table use and is suitable for early sowing dates, including cultivation under plastic covers. Historically, the variety has been known since the 18th century and is often encountered under the names Navet de Milan blanc or Early white Milan.
