The variety is a compact shrub 100–150 cm in height. A distinctive feature is the golden-yellow or yellow-green foliage with a minimal green pigment content. Flowers are gathered in dense, narrow-conical panicles 15–20 cm long, colored in shades ranging from cherry to dark purple-red.
Due to low photosynthetic capacity, it is recommended to grow the plant in partial shade, as direct sunlight causes leaf scorch. The variety is considered sufficiently winter-hardy, withstanding temperatures down to -20°C (USDA zones 5–9). The plant blooms from summer to autumn, possesses weak growth vigor, and is considered difficult to cultivate.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
