The evergreen shrub has a dense rounded crown shape. The height of the mature plant is about 30 cm with a crown diameter of up to 45 cm. The foliage has a dark green shade.
The plant blooms with pink flowers gathered in inflorescences 15–20 cm long. The flowering period falls between September and December. It is used primarily in landscape design.
