The Eica variety belongs to spring forms of Camelina sativa. The name of the variety is etymologically connected with the activities of the German research center Eichhof, on the basis of which work on the study of the crop was carried out.
During the research, the variety demonstrated a thousand kernel weight of about 1.83 g, which allows it to be classified as large-seeded. The content of mucilaginous substances in the seeds is about 10.41%. The variety was used in a number of scientific projects.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
