The variety is mid-season, with a plant height of 45 to 90 cm. The fruits have a rounded, flattened shape with a diameter of about 5 cm and a weight of 40–110 g. At technical maturity, they are creamy-white or pale yellow, turning red upon ripening.
The fruit flesh is thick and crunchy. The taste varies from sweet to moderately pungent. The plants are adapted for cultivation in open field and unheated plastic greenhouses. The main uses include pickling, salting, stuffing, and the production of paprika powder.
