The variety named Antaro is recorded in official European variety lists as a paprika pepper. At the same time, detailed descriptor characteristics of the variety as a product of the company Agri-Saaten GmbH are practically absent in the public domain, which creates a risk of confusion with other breeding lines.

In agronomic descriptions, the variety Ontara often appears under a similar name. This is an early-maturing tomato-type pepper with a vegetation period of 90–100 days. The plant bush is compact, reaching a height of 40–45 cm.

The fruits of the Ontara variety have a round-flattened, heart-shaped form, their weight is about 70–80 g. A characteristic feature is very thick walls, reaching 10 mm. In technical maturity, the fruits are white-green, in biological maturity — red. The variety is intended for fresh consumption, pickling, and whole-fruit canning, and is suitable for cultivation in open field and film shelters.
