The Bahrianyi vulkan variety is characterized by a spreading plant habit and a short main stem length. The sprouts are characterized by the presence of anthocyanin coloration of the hypocotyl.
The yield of the variety is 60–70 t/ha. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption and industrial processing; the dry matter content in them reaches 6.9%, total sugar — 3.4%, and vitamin C — 145 mg/%.
