During the ripening process, the fruit color changes from waxy yellow-cream at technical maturity to red at botanical maturity. The variety is high-yielding and is distinguished by abundant fruit setting. It is intended for mid-early and late production and is recommended for fresh consumption, marinating, and pickling.
