Capricorn F1 is a hybrid pepper of the "goat horn" (corno di capra) type. The plant is characterized as vigorous and medium-sized, has an upright habit, and developed leaf mass, which provides protection for the fruits from the sun.
The fruits of the variety have a conical elongated shape and are divided into three lobes. The fruit length is about 25 cm with a shoulder width of 6–7 cm; the average weight reaches 200 g. The flesh is thick and has a sweet taste; the produce is intended for fresh market sale.
The variety has high resistance (HR) to tobacco mosaic virus (Tm:0-2) and intermediate resistance (IR) to tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV:0).
