The fruits of the Kharuz variety have undergone laboratory analysis of their chemical composition. It has been established that they contain capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin, and carotenoids in concentrations corresponding to state standards.
Due to its biochemical characteristics, the variety is used as plant raw material for the production of anti-inflammatory medicinal products, and is also applied in the food and chemical industries.
