The plant reaches a height of about 70 cm and is characterized by compactness and a smaller leaf surface area. The stem is smooth, woody, and has a silvery-green color. Flowering begins 40–50 days after transplanting, and fruit ripening occurs in 60–70 days.
The fruits are triangular or 'half-horn' shaped. Their length varies from 4 to 20 cm, and their color changes from green to red as they ripen. The ecotype possesses good growth vigor and is adapted to the local dry and hot climate.
