Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is early-maturing; the period from sowing to harvest under Northern European conditions is about 110 days. The plant is characterized by reduced stem height, which facilitates mechanized harvesting. The stem has stripes, hypocotyl coloration is weak, and leaves have weak waxy bloom and a small number of teeth along the edges.

At maturity, the seed head turns yellow, and the seeds have a yellowish-white hue. The variety is adapted to long daylight hours and is characterized by high yield. When processed into flour, the grain shows high viscosity under thermal exposure.
