The variety was bred by exposing Richmond variety explants to ionizing gamma and X-ray radiation in in vitro culture. This variety is part of the Lady group and possesses pink-colored inflorescences.

The variety is used as an object for scientific research on mutation stability, anthocyanin and flavonoid content, and the development of propagation technologies using shoot encapsulation. Agronomic characteristics, such as height or maturity group, are not present in the publications.
