The UTP Iskierka variety belongs to the large-flowered chrysanthemum group. Its creation was carried out using modern biotechnological methods, including the exposure of plant explants to silver nanoparticles to stimulate genetic and phenotypic variability.

The plant is the result of a breeding program aimed at expanding the range of domestic ornamental varieties. At present, detailed agrotechnical and morphological characteristics of the variety are not presented in open sources.
