The variety belongs to the group of escaroles with broad entire leaves. The plant is characterized by medium size and medium growth type. The leaf blade is colored light green, the inner part of the rosette has a yellow-green shade.

The plant is universal and suitable for cultivation at different times. Cultivation is possible both in open field and in protected cultivation (under glass). The produce is used for fresh consumption in salads.
