The variety forms a vigorous rosette with a dense center. The leaves are deeply cut, highly curly, with serrated edges. Outer leaves are green to light green in color, while the inner part of the head ("heart") is distinguished by a creamy-yellow or golden hue. The leaves are fleshy and crisp, with wide white central veins.

Technical maturity is reached 60–80 days after sowing. The plant is characterized as hardy and well-adapted to various growing conditions. To obtain a more delicate flavor and a lighter shade in the central part of the rosette, blanching by tying or covering the leaves is recommended.

The variety is suitable for spring, summer, and autumn cultivation. It is used primarily fresh for salads and is also suitable for culinary processing, including for soups and stewing.
