The variety belongs to the curly endive (Chicorée frisée) type with an intermediate development type. It is a robust and voluminous plant with a fine heart structure, intended for harvesting during the winter period.

Recommended sowing dates cover the period from August to September for cultivation in the open field or under cover. Harvesting is carried out from January to March. The produce has good weight potential and is suitable for the fresh market and processing.

The variety possesses high resistance to bolting and leaf tip burn caused by the adverse effects of cold and wind, which allows it to develop successfully in difficult conditions.
