The plant forms a compact rosette 30 to 50 cm in height, consisting of narrow, heavily ruffled dark green leaves with light-colored petioles. The texture of the petioles is firm and crunchy, and the leaf taste is characterized by a slight bitterness.

The variety is early or mid-early, with a growing period of approximately 90 days. It is a cutting variety: when leaves are harvested at a level of 2 cm from the soil, the plant is capable of regrowing, providing several harvests per season. Intended for cultivation in open field.
