The plant forms lush rosettes about 40 cm in height and up to 30 cm in width. The leaves are broad, entire, and crunchy, with a well-developed central part of white color, which is distinguished by a more delicate taste and less bitterness.

The variety is intended for cultivation in the autumn and winter periods with the possibility of harvesting from October to January; early spring planting is also permitted. The plant possesses cold resistance, the ability to tolerate heat, and resistance to excess moisture.

It is used as a salad crop for fresh consumption and is also suitable for culinary processing, including the preparation of soups and side dishes.
