Evipo053, presented under the trade name Guiding Promise, is a deciduous shrubby clematis. The plant reaches a height of 1.0 to 1.5 m and is characterized by a compact form, making it suitable for keeping in pots, on patios, and in mixed borders.

Flowers with a diameter of 7–10 cm have a lilac-purple color, slightly twisted petals, and purple anthers. The foliage is pinnately compound, medium or dark green in color.

The variety belongs to the 3rd pruning group. The flowering period is repeat: the first stage occurs in late spring and early summer, the second — in late summer or autumn.
