The variety belongs to the Integrifolia group of herbaceous clematis. The plant does not cling to supports by itself and requires tying. Its shoots reach a length of 1.7–2 meters; leaves are dark green, matte, and young shoots exhibit a greenish-purple tint.

Flowers with a diameter of 10–11 cm have an open, slightly nodding shape and consist of 4–6 elliptical twisted sepals. The petal color is violet-blue with a velvety texture and a darker stripe along the center; anthers are yellow. The flowers possess a pleasant aroma and are suitable for cutting.

Flowering is abundant, lasting from May to July with a second wave until the end of October. The variety has winter hardiness zone 4. Agronomic practices include hard spring pruning at a height of 5–10 cm from the ground. The plant prefers sunny areas and fertile drained soils; it is suitable for cultivation in containers and as a groundcover species.
