The plant is a compact vine 1.5 to 3 meters in height, suitable for vertical landscaping and container cultivation. The diameter of the flowers varies from 8 to 20 cm, and their shape can change from double to single depending on the season and the type of shoots.

Flowering occurs from June to September on both last year's and current year's shoots. The variety possesses frost resistance down to -34°C and requires severe pruning of shoots to a level of 15–20 cm from the ground in early spring.
