The Syrena variety is distinguished by large, velvety flowers of a violet-purple or purple-brown shade with contrasting yellow-purple stamens. The vine reaches a height of 3–4 meters.
The plant belongs to the third pruning group, in which shoots are cut at a height of 15–20 cm from the ground. The flowering period falls between July and October. The variety possesses high winter hardiness and is suitable for decorating vertical supports, as well as for cultivation in combination with shrubs.
