The variety forms compact, dense bushes 30–45 cm tall and 45–55 cm wide. The foliage is dark green, thin, and thread-like, giving the plant a delicate texture. The inflorescences are about 4 cm in diameter and have a ruby-red or deep wine shade with a golden-orange center.
The plant belongs to sterile varieties that do not produce seeds. Flowering continues from early summer until October. The variety shows resistance to powdery mildew, lodging, drought, heat, and humidity, and tolerates poor soils. Winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zone 5.
