The variety is a hybrid form obtained as a result of targeted crossing of the parental lines Castellammare C4 and Salanquette. The plant is characterized by high production potential, significantly exceeding traditional varieties such as Romanesco C3 and Terom.

The inflorescences (heads) of the variety are large, have a spherical shape, and are characterized by compactness. The fleshy, dense bracts are colored an intense purple with a greenish tint during the harvest period. For full development of the plant, a small number of cold hours during the winter period is required.
