Variety description

The variety is a valuable oil and starch-bearing crop. The tubers are rich in microelements and oil; they are used for the production of flour, high-quality olive oil, and plant-based milk.

The plant is adapted to the conditions of southern Ukraine. Cultivation techniques are similar to those for potatoes and include mandatory hilling. With proper drying, the yield can be stored in dry rooms at a temperature of 10–18°C for up to 2–3 years without loss of taste or germination capacity.
