A variety for universal use, characterized by drought tolerance and the ability to rapidly form tubers.

The tubers possess high nutritional value: they contain up to 35% fats, about 25% sugars, as well as protein and starch. They are used in the confectionery industry, for the production of orchata drink, and as a dietary coffee substitute.
