The variety is a densely branched shrub with a rounded crown, reaching a height and width of 30–60 cm. The foliage is bright green and odd-pinnate. The plant is characterized by high winter hardiness (zones 2–7), resistance to drought, soil salinity, and urban conditions.
Flowering lasts from late spring until the first frost on current-year shoots. The flowers are large, pink, with a light center, creating an apple blossom effect. At extremely high temperatures, the intensity of the pink shade may decrease.
