The plant is a semi-evergreen, bushy and branching perennial, reaching a height of 0.9 m and a width of 0.45 m. It forms a basal rosette with dark green serrated leaves and dark purple stems on which upright spicate inflorescences develop.
The flowers have a reddish-pink hue with an apricot or pale orange throat. The variety is sterile and does not form seeds, which contributes to prolonged flowering. The plant belongs to semi-hardy species, requiring vegetative propagation by division of the clump or by cuttings. All parts of the plant are toxic.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
