The variety belongs to the turf-type tall fescue category and is intended for landscaping home lawns, parks, and sports fields with low maintenance requirements. The plant possesses a deeply penetrating root system and an intense dark green leaf color.

The plant possesses increased resistance to Rhizoctonia and Pythium root rot. The variety is characterized by good spring regrowth, retains high-quality color in the autumn, and is often used in specialized grass mixtures.
