The variety is a perennial loose-bunch grass. Characteristic morphological features are a deep root system, which provides access to water from deep soil layers, and the presence of stiff, wide leaf blades.

The variety is intended for the creation of high-quality turf covers, including in regions requiring grasses to have increased adaptability to drought. It is capable of maintaining an acceptable state of the lawn during the summer period and recovering within two days after the resumption of irrigation.
