The variety is intended for use as turf grass. It possesses a deep and powerful root system, which ensures high resistance to drought, high temperatures, and excessive moisture. The plant is capable of growing on slightly saline soils and tolerating shading.
The variety is characterized by good disease resistance and high longevity in grass stands. At the same time, like other representatives of the species, it is distinguished by slow initial establishment and is not intended for low mowing.
