The variety belongs to the RTF group, which allows the plant to form underground shoots (rhizomes). This provides the ability for lateral spreading and filling in damaged areas of the turf. The plant has a medium habit and medium-green colored leaves.
The variety possesses a well-developed deep root system, which increases its tolerance to drought and high temperatures. The high wear tolerance of the material allows it to be used for the creation of sports fields and lawns in areas with intensive use.
