The variety has a universal turf purpose and is suitable for creating urban, public, decorative and sports lawns. It forms a dense stand with a wide, strong, dark green leaf. The Barlexas II modification is characterized by a wide temperature range of germination and the ability to maintain aesthetic appeal during the summer period.

The plant possesses high adaptability to stress conditions, including compacted soils and uneven moisture, due to its developed root system. The variety is resistant to trampling, recovers quickly after damage and has high resistance to Rhizoctonia and leaf spot.
