The variety is intended for creating high-quality lawns, sports grounds, and landscape objects. Externally, it is distinguished by a dark green color, good fine-leaf texture, and the ability to form a dense turf.
The plant demonstrates high resistance to diseases, including red thread, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, and gray leaf spot. It is characterized by excellent tolerance to arid conditions and high temperatures.
There is a closely related variety known as Bullseye LTZ, which possesses similar morphological and quality characteristics oriented toward lawn use.
