The variety Brigantine is classified as a turfgrass. It is suitable for creating high-quality turf, including in high-altitude conditions, and possesses good adaptability to regional conditions.

The plant demonstrates high capacity for regeneration after mowing. Under experimental conditions, the variety showed resistance to the effects of salts (NaCl) and good performance indicators for turf quality.
