The variety is intended for use as a pasture crop, demonstrating high adaptability to heavy lowland soils. The plant is suitable for cultivation on irrigated lands, and in rainfed conditions, it is recommended for regions with an annual precipitation level of more than 900 mm.

The main feature of this variety is the relatively soft texture of the leaves, which increases the palatability of the forage for farm animals compared to coarser fescue varieties. The plant is characterized by high dry matter productivity and good survival.
